The basis of the cooking method is Japanese cuisine.

豚肉本来の美味しさを楽しんでいただくために食材の鮮度を一番に考えます。
調理方法の基本は和食です。
しかしより一層豚肉が美味しくなるなら調理方法に拘りはありません。

  title12年のご愛顧に感謝いたします。
  body2008年4月20日銀呈はOPENしました。 2020年4月25日銀呈は閉店いたします。 2009年の豚インフルエンザ、2010年の口蹄疫の大きな禍も愛顧客の皆様に支えられて乗り越えてきました。ホントにありがとうございました。今回の閉店は、コロナが直接原因ではございません。昨年9月に退店を決意し、新業態への転身を計画しました。と言いながらも・・・思いっきり逆風にしてくれたコロナです^^ 現在、銀呈ファンの方が引き続き「銀呈」の業態を続けようと模索して頂いてもおります。添付は5/1のOpenを目指す新業態です。詳細は後日お知らせします。

  body銀呈の酒粕は生っポイものです。市販の酒粕は乾燥していて固いですが、この谷泉の酒粕はペーストの柔らかさ。江戸時代と変わらない製造方法が生んだ、美味い酒粕です。来日のお客さまに教えられたのが、日本酒のブームは世界的なのは有名ですが、香港の方々は特に、酒粕鍋が大好きだとの事。今年も美味い酒粕鍋　準備してまいります。
